Wada




Wada lies on the banks of the Bhima, 12 km east of Ghotaori, in Pune District. It is 10 km south-west of Ghod and around 26 km north-east of Takwa. The district headquarters, Pune, is 48 km towards the south-east.

Kamshet, Khandala, Lonavala, Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary, Nethersole Dam and Karla Caves are some of the locations to include in the tourist itinerary.

Pune Lohegaon Airport and Wadgaon Railway Station serve Wada.
