State Resource Centre, an autonomous organization, is located at
Pattom in
Thiruvananthapuram. Established in 1978, the center is managed by the union Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Elementary Education and Literacy, Government of India and administered by the Government of Kerala. State Resource Centre provides academic and technical resource support to all the agencies in the state engaged in adult and continuing education programs. The center aims to organize training programs for key resource personnel and extend assistance to the ongoing training programs in adult and continuing education.
