Ksheera Dhara is an offering usually made to
Lord Shiva, in which milk is poured on the
shivling. At
Vaikom Mahadeva Temple, after Jaladrony Puja, one hundred and one measures of milk is poured in the Dhara Kidaram, a pot made of silver, from which it is allowed to fall gently on the shivling.
