Aravana Payasam

Aravana Payasam is a sweet rice pudding, made of rice, ghee and jaggery. Aravana is a favoured offering in many temples of Kerala. It is the main prasad offered to millions of pilgrims at Sabarimala during the Mandala and Makara Vilakku festivals.
