State Highway 20 is a 42 km-long stretch that links Kothamangalam with Tripunithura, in Ernakulam District. State Highway 20 starts from State Highway 16 at Kothamangalam and runs south-west to eventually join the M C Road at Muvattupuzha BOC junction. Past Muvattupuzha, the highway passes westwards through Kolencherry and Thiruvankulam, before merging with State Highway 15 at Tripunithura.
