Chinnakanal Waterfalls, commonly known as Power House Waterfalls, is situated on the way to Thekkady from Munnar in Idukki District. It cascades down a steep rock from a height of about 2,000 m above sea level. It is a place of great scenic beauty. Munnar, the beautiful hill station, is 18 km away. Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is situated at about 60 km away.
