Mallam Durga Parameswari Temple is located at Muliyar near Bovikanam, in
Kasargod District of
Kerala. Muliyar is about 10 km from
Kasargod.
This beautiful shrine is dedicated to Goddess Durga. An annual festival held here in the month of February or March is a major draw. The festivities last for seven days.
It is the only temple in Kerala, where the devotees have daily annadanam (food). Thousands of pilgrims especially women folk throng here throughout the year.
