Karuvapadna village is in Thrissur District of Kerala. It lies on the state highway connecting Kodungallur and Irinjalakuda. The village is around 8 km north of Irinjalakuda and 5 km south of Kodungallur.
Thanniyam (18 km north), Mala (7 km east), Pallipuram (11 km south) and Lokamaleswaram (5 km south) are the nearby villages and towns. Kodungallur Bhagavathy Temple, one of the most ancient temples in the northern part of Kerala, is situated nearby.
Regular buses connect Karuvapadna with Kodungallur, Eriyad, Thekkumkara and Irinjalakuda. Irinjalakuda Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
