Kodakara

Kodakara is a town situated in Thrissur District of Kerala. The place is a traditional commercial banana cultivation area. It is about 3 km from Vasupuram.

Areswaram Sree Dharmasastha Temple (3 km) and Chenganikkattu Sreekrishna Swami Kshetram (2 km) are the nearby seats of worship. The National Highway 17 passes close to Kodakara.

Kadakara is accessible by road from Irinjalakuda, Wadakanchery and Thrissur. The nearest railhead is Irinjalakuda Railway Station.
