Veerapura is a small village situated in
Dharwad District of
Karnataka. Here the Jains make up the majority of the village population. The village is much sanctified with a famous Jain temple called Veerapura Jain Temple, devoted to Bhagvan Sri Vardhaman Mahavir in the padmasana posture.
Veerapura is well connected to Dharwad by road and good transportation facilities are available.
