Shri Siddhivinayaka Temple is an eighth century temple situated at Hattiyangadi near
Kundapura.
Lord Vinayaka is the chief deity of the temple. The deity carved in a Saligrama stone is 2.5 ft tall.
Locals believe that the statue grows in size every year. Thirty two Vinayaka idols and the Navagraha Mandir are seen in the temple premises. Pujas are conducted on special occasions on Sankashtahara Chaturthi, Ganesha Chowthi and Navratri.
The temple also has the Siddhivinayaka School of ancient scriptures, where free accommodation, food, clothes and education are given to students. Various cultural activities are also conducted at the temple.
