Mullainagiri, a part of Baba Budan Hill Ranges, is the highest peak (6,317ft) in
Karnataka and the highest between
Nilgiris and the
Himalayas. It is about 12 km away from
Chikmagalur Town. This place is extremely misty and windy. Area is ideal for trekking. Nearby trekking places are Kemmangundi, Bababudangiri and Galikere.
