Kotumachagi




Kotumachagi is a quaint hamlet located at Ron Taluk in Dharwad District of Karnataka. This place is renowned as one of the main centers of both Jain and Shaivite faiths. Kotumachagi ruled by the rulers of Naregal was once a part of the famous Belvola 300, the capital of Chalukya Someshwara IV. The Kotumachagi Jain Temple, dedicated to Bhagvan Shri Parshwanatha, is situated nearby.
