The House of Victory is in
Bellary District of
Karnataka. It was built when Krishnadeva Raya came back from his victorious expedition against the King of
Orissa. The spaces between the rows of the plinth-mouldings here are most elaborately and elegantly carved. The famous Hazara Ramaswami temple is on the western side of the House of Victory . This temple is the private place of worship of the royal family. Other major attractions include Lotus Mahal with recessed archways, the huge elephant stables, the Pushkarini tank and the Mahanavami Dibba.
