Chakrathirtha is situated at Hampi in Bellary District of Karnataka. It is considered to be the most sacred bathing ghat which lies on the river Tungabhadra, near the Kodanda Rama Temple. Due to the swift current, it is not advisable to swim here. The Yantrodharaka Anjaneya Temple, Balakrishna Temple and Koti Linga are nearby tourist attractions.
