Dillinkote is a small sleepy hamlet located on the National Highway linking
Bangalore with
Pune via
Tumkur. This place is quiet and serene and one can hear the sound of birds chirping and cows mooing. Visitors interested in thrill and adventure can do some rock climbing on the large boulders there. There is a quaint hillock with a small cave temple and the remains of an ancient fort. The Veerabhadreshwara Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, serves the villagers.
