Chandralamba Temple, situated at the bend of the river Bhima in Sannathi, is around 60 km from
Gulbarga. Built in the 11th century, this circular shrine is dedicated to a rupa (form) of the goddess (Devi). It also houses an Ashokan slab of the third century BC which was used as a pedestal for the image of the goddess. A large number of devotees visit this temple during the months of March and April.
