Madhura

Madhura is a beautiful village in Godda District of Jharkhand. It lies at the district border and is noted for its serene atmosphere. The state highway connecting Meherma and Pathargama passes very close to this place.

Surrounding cities and villages are Singpur, Koila, Basdina, Jirli, Dol, Dighi and Siwanpur. Meherma, a taluk headquarters, is a major town accessible from Madhura. Kanchangarah and Udhwa Bird Sanctuary are the nearest popular tourist attractions.

Madhura is well connected by road with Mahagama and Mehrma. Sahibganj Junction Railway Station and Ranchi Airport are the nearest railhead and airport respectively.
