Ghagra is a scenic hamlet located nine km from
Belpahari in
Midnapore District. This is an enchanting land of green hills surrounded by dense groves of shaal and
eucalyptus trees. Ghagra is home to the enthralling Tarafeny Waterfall which cascades from a height of 18 m down on to the boulders below. Tarafeny Barrage is nearby. Visitors can see wild elephants roaming in the forests of Ghagra.
