Chetar

Chetar is a scenic village, which is located at the district border of Latehar District in Jharkhand. It lies near the railway line connecting Chandwa and Richughutu.

Some of the nearby towns and villages are Bhusur, Keru, Dhankara, Bendi, Nagar, Tori and Balu. Kanti Waterfall, Tatha River, Netarhat, Magnolia Point and Betla National Park are the major tourist attractions around this place. The state highway connecting Latehar and Chandwa passes nearby.

Chetar can be accessed by local buses and taxies from Latehar and Chandwa. Latehar Railway Station and Tori Railway Station are the nearest major railway stations. The Ranchi airport serves this area.
