Watalpur

Set at an altitude of about 5,177 ft above sea level, Watalpur is a small village in Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir. Wanbal in the west, Bagh Mahtabju in the north, Monchu in the east and Damsom in the south are the neighboring places.

Watalpur can be easily approached from Asthanpur as well as from Srinagar – the district headquarters. Udhampur Railway Station, managed by Northern Railways, serves Watalpur.
