Tugla is a small village in
Leh District of
Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 13,487 ft above sea level and is around four kilometers from Sherak. The eastern and western parts are bounded by
Zagok and Likche respectively.
A comfortable base for trekkers and mountaineers, Tugla offers many short treks and hikes to upland villages. The Indus River flows close to this place.
Tugla is accessible from Upshi and Argi. It can be approached on the Tunah – Tirido road. There is also a trekking route from Peldo towards Tugla.
