Lying on the banks of the
Jhelum River at
Ganpatyar, Ganesh Temple is one of the ancient temples in
Srinagar,
Jammu and Kashmir. The presiding deity of the temple is
Lord Ganesh. A part of the temple was destroyed during the attacks in 1953. The temple was reopened after the renovation some years back.
