Sewa Dam

Sewa Dam is located at Sewa in Kathua District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is erected across the Sewa River, a tributary of the Ravi River.

The dam provide the Sewa Hydel Project with the capacity of 135 MW serving most of Basholi area. The river water is extensively used for drinking and irrigational purposes.

Sewa Dam is accessible from Kathua and even from Himachal Pradesh.
