Purmandal Mela is held at
Purmandal in
Jammu District of
Jammu and Kashmir. Purmandal is about 40 km east of
Jammu.
This three day festival is organized on the occasion of Shivratri (February-March). During this time, the town is made alive with music and dances. A large number of people from far and near come out in their colorful best to celebrate this mela.
Mainly the mela is organized at Peer Khoh, Ranbireshwar Temple and
Panjbakhtar Temple.
