Pangunagu, also spelt Ponganagu, is a remote village located in
Leh District of
Jammu and Kashmir. This windy region lies on the
Ladakh -
Zanskar trekking route, a wayside haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Pangunagu is the summer settlement of the Ladakhi nomads grazing the yaks. Trekkers on their way to
Nuruchan usually spend the night at this place.
