Mughal Gardens is situated at
Srinagar in
Jammu and Kashmir, in the northern part of the north of the country. Built in the Mughal era, these gardens are a good specimen of the formal Mughal style. Mughal Gardens is the combination of three famous gardens, the Chashmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar Gardens. With terraced lawns, cascading fountains and bright flowerbeds, the gardens are a haven for tourists.
The nearest railhead to Mughal Gardens is at Jammu Tawi and the Srinagar Airport, is 14 km from Srinagar. Srinagar is well connected to other parts of the State by road.
