Set at an altitude of about 5,121 ft above sea level, Lawepur is a small village in Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 12 km from Srinagar – the district headquarters.
Narabal in the west, Majagund in the north, Chak Sharida Muku in the east and Sozyeth Guripura in the south are the neighboring places connecting Lawepur.
Lawepur can be accessed by road from Ranbergad Partapgad as well as from Srinagar.
