Kurag

Kurag is a small village lying near Manasbal in Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 5,091 ft above sea level and is at a distance of around 17 km from Srinagar – the district headquarters.

Gamwor in the west, Wokur in the north, Devapura in the east and Gogajhigund in the south are the neighboring locations. Manasbal Temple and Manasbal Lake are nearby attractions.

Kurag can be approached from Rabitar, Baramulla and Srinagar by road.
