Positioned at an altitude of about 6,788 ft above sea level, Khurhom is a small settlement in
Kupwara District of
Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 67 kilometers from
Srinagar, the summer capital of the state. Muhri is in the west, Dudi in the north, Tragbal in the east and Lalpore in the south.
Khurhom is accessible from Gund Manchhar, Sogam, Dardapur and Mukam.
