Placed at a height of about 5,111 ft above sea level, Goripura is a beautiful hamlet in Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about ten kilometers from Srinagar – the district headquarters. Goripura is flanked by Bar Udar in the north and Palapura in the south. The western region of Goripura is linked with Malur and Takia.
