The township of Summer Hill is 5 km west of
Shimla and it provides pleasant, shady walks and charming views. During
Gandhiji’s visit to Shimla, he stayed in the Gerogian Mansion at Summer Hill, which belonged to Rajkumari Amrit Kaur.
