Savli is a small town located in
Vadodara District,
Gujarat. The prominent attraction is the temple of Bhimnath Mahadev on a raised platform in the middle of a beautiful garden. Built in modern architecture, it has a remarkable entrance. The temple enshrines the idol of
Lord Krishna standing on a lotus. It also houses a seat of Shri Harirayji, the fourth descendent from Vallabhachrya.
Savli is an ideal location for non-polluting industries with Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP) which is proposed to be elevated to Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
Savli is at a distance of 37 km from Vadodara. State transport buses ply on Vadodara-Savli highway. Vadodara Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
