Xelem

Situated in the southern end of Quepem taluk, Xelem is in South Goa District. Gocoldem is roughly 3 km away and Barcem is 2 km west.

Shree Mallikarjun Temple, noted for its exquisitely beautiful carvings, is at a short distance. Agonda Beach, Pirla Rock Art Site and Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary are easily accessible from here.

The place can be reached via Goa Airport and Balli Railway Station. National Highway 17 passes nearby.
