Our Lady of Merces High School was established in 1962 by Rev Fr Antonio Fernandez. It offers classes from kindergarten to the secondary level. The school provides holistic education, and teaches national and regional languages. The school has a prescribed syllabus. Grading system is followed. Religion is taught to Catholics and moral science to non-Catholics. Students have the opportunity to visit old aged homes, orphanages, and homes for the handicapped.
