Mascarenhas Mansion is a monumental structure with grandiose interiors, located in
Anjuna, a thriving hub of shipbuilding and fishing in
Goa. Anjuna is about 18 km north of
Panaji, on the shores of the
Arabian Sea.
This magnificent mansion has classic balconies and stained glass floral etchings. It also features an ‘L-shaped’ seat, along the length of the porch, made from expensive wood.
St Michael’s Church, Anjuna Beach and Albuquerque Mansion are the nearby excursions. Karmali Railway Station, the nearest railhead, is about 29 km from Anjuna.
