Hathi-Khana

Hathi-Khana, the remains of a double-storied pavilion, is 100 m north-west of Hashtsal Minar. It is located at Hashtsal, a small village on Delhi- Najafgarh Road. 'Hathi-Khana' literally means elephant-stable. Shah Jahan is said to have built this pavilion as his hunting lodge. He probably used Hashtsal Minar as a shooting-tower.
