Jamia Hamdard University is a place of higher education in Unani medicine, Islamic studies, biosciences, pharmacy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and nursing. In addition to courses in medical field, the university also conducts graduate program in information technology and computer applications and post-graduate programs in information technology, computer applications, business management and doctoral programs in several disciplines. Distant education and placement cell are the other features.
