Maharajabandh Lake is situated in
Raipur, which is known as the city of lakes. This lake was built in 1770 by Maharaja Roadani, who is also credited with the construction of the Raja Talab.
Raipur is well connected to other cities and towns by road and rail. It has a
railway station and an airport.
