Sabour

Sabour, also spelled as Sabaur, is a taluk headquarters in Bhagalpur District in Bihar. It is around 12 km east of Bhagalpur.

An agricultural research institute is located here. Ganges River has its course through the region. Vikramshila Gangetic Dolphin Sanctuary is a major tourist attraction nearby.

Nearest airport is Patna Airport. Sabour Railway Station is on the Bhagalpur - Sahibganj rail route.
