Rang Ghar is a two storeyed oval-shaped pavilion situated just opposite to Talatal Ghar at
Sibsagar. This ancient pavilion was built by the
Ahom King Pramutta Singha. Considered the first amphitheatre of Asia, it was used by Ahom royalties to watch elephant fights and other sporting events.
