Jengpata

Jengpata, situated to the north of Diphu, is in the Karbi Anglong District of Assam. The Dhansiri River passes near this place. Jengpata is bounded by Mumgaon (19 km) in the west, Kaliani (18 km) in the north, Garampani (21 km) in the east and Dili Terang (13 km) in the south.

Nearby major attractions are the hot water springs and Garampani Wildlife Sanctuary at Garampani, and the small tea producing village of Letekujan near Kaliani.
