Chandragiri Fort is located in
Chandragiri of
Chittoor District in
Andhra Pradesh and is 11 km southwest of
Tirupati. The fort was built during the 10th century and stands on a huge hill. The ruins of palaces and temples are found in the fort. A sound and light show is organized everyday by the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) at this fort.
