Palakollu, also known as Ksheeramam, is situated in West Godavari District. It is the abode of Ksheera Ramalingeswara Swamy Temple, which is one of the Pancharama shrines in Andhra Pradesh. About 20 km from Palakollu is the Natta Rameshwaram temple, where the Lingam is made of shells and conches. Bhimavaram is 21 km from Palakollu.
