Kovvur

Kovvur is a small town located in the West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. The rail bridge on the Godavari River linking Kovvur and Rajahmundry, is one of the longest railway bridges in Asia .

Sri Veerabhadra Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is about 25 km from Kovvur.

Kovvur Railway Station, on the Samalkot-Vijayawada railway line, serves Kovvur. Rajahmundry Airport is the nearest airport.
