St Joseph's Cathedral is in the Gun foundry area of
Hyderabad. Built during the 19th century (1860), the church features Italian influence in its architecture. The towering central monument has the capacity to seat 500 people. A huge bell rings on the top of the edifice. The main alcove inside the cathedral has an imitation of the Pieta.
