Dal Makhani




The essence of every North Indian meal, Dal Makhani is a medium hot vegetarian dish made of black lentils and red beans simmered in a creamy sauce of onions, tomatoes, ginger and aromatic spices. This rich curry is usually served as main dish with aromatic cumin seed rice, naan breads or chappatis.
