Peth

Peth lies on National Highway 50, about 10 km north-east of Chas, in Pune District. It is 9 km south of Manchar and hardly 10 km from Ausari in the east. The district headquarters, Pune, is 43 km towards south.

The hill stations of Kamshet, Khandala and Lonavala, Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary, Nethersole Dam and the historic sites and gardens in and around Pune offer some of the best tourist options.
