Antarvedi is located in the
East Godavari District of
Andhra Pradesh. It lies 15 km from Sakhinetipalli, 20 km from Razolu and 10 km from Narsapur, at the confluence of the
Bay of Bengal and River Vasistha. It is considered to be one of the most sacred bathing spots in the Godavari delta. Antarvedi is famous for the 15th century temple of Sri Laxmi Narasimha Swamy. Other deities of the temple include Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshwara. There is a five-storey gopuram in the temple.
