Alampur Road Railway Station is on the railway line connecting Mahabubnagar and Kurnool. Train connections include Secunderabad-Dronachalam Passenger, Guntur-Kachiguda Passenger and Secunderabad-Guntur Passenger. The station is managed by the South Central Railways.
